Varun uses following Art Materials for his exhibited Art Works...

Watercolours:

I was being introduced with watercolors 'Camel' or 'Camlin' product during my childhood. Watercolors are the most easy to adopt and a complex medium to champion.

Exhibited paintings are made with reasonably affordable watercolor paints from 'Reeves' product.

Brushes:

'Princeton Artist Golden Synthetic Brushes' - Round (12) and 'Princeton Artist White Synthetic Brush' - Flat (10) are the two main armors that I have been using for a while for watercolor paintings. In the past, I used many other very affordable brushes of different shapes and numbers.

Charcoal:

Charcoal is one of the oldest medium of  Visual Art. I feel charcoal gives freedom to an artist and Charcoal Art work leaves a royal and classic impression on its viewer. I have enjoyed working on very detailed charcoal based art works for months. I  have used 'Cretacolor' products and explored different shades (Soft and Compressed) of Chunky Charcoals.

Paper:

I have exhibited my Art works on paper as a basic medium for Watercolors and Charcoal.

Acid and Lignin free paper helps to bind and protect the colors for longer duration.

Watercolor paper by 'TAD- The Art Department' of 200 GSM, Acid and Lignin Free, of size 29.7x42cm.

For Charcoal 'Britannia' paper sheet of size 50x72cm.

Pencils:

Pencils are really important for basic sketching and for fine art.

For colored portraits, I have enjoyed working with set of 'Faber Castell'  pencils. They provide different ranges of colors, high pigment, robust and value for money.

'Mont Marte' basic graphite pencils are affordable and good for graphite based art works.
